What is I Recruit?
A platform for booking verified relief teachers and educators, and trusted providers, for schools and early learning centres.
When do PD Hub and ClassBreak unlock for teachers?
After your first 5 completed shifts through I Recruit. ClassBreak is free for 12 months and renews while you teach 50 or more days a year with us.
What is The Better Us Project for schools?
Schools and centres get 12 months free after their first 10 completed bookings, renewed each year they book 200 or more days.
Can I check whether a PD certificate is genuine?
Yes. Anyone can check a certificate number on the public verify page.
How are visas and work rights checked?
Workers on a visa give consent and we check with Home Affairs (VEVO). Schools only see whether someone is cleared to work, never visa details.
Who decides Department clearance?
The Department's own compliance office. I Recruit staff never decide clearance.
How do I contact a person?
Use Contact support in the Help Centre. Safeguarding concerns are handled first.
